TO learn how we do it, you must learn the following information:

How we recruit members.

1) Cooperate with local websites which attract many local people to view their websites everyday, such as some big BBS or some online communities.

2) Generalize through Google( www.G.cn) and Baidu ( www.baidu.com ).

3) Members' recommendation policy. When one registered as our member, he can recommend other friends join our panel. By doing this, he can gain EZY points. Then can use these points either shopping or changing gifts or donating to the charity.

4) Work with AD alliance. This is the worst way in these four. So we seldom work with them.

How we manage our panel.

1) Through our system, when a member registered, he will be checked by email first. Then IP and ID check. By IP check, we will match the province he filled in to the IP he is. By ID check, we will match their ID card number to the gender and the age he filled in. By this, we want to make sure that the member is honest to us. And our member data is true.

2) Register as our member is not very hard, because we don't want to scare them away by filling so many blanks at a time. After registered as our member, we will ask the member to fulfill his information to identify him when an appropriate study comes. If he doesn't fulfill his information, then possibly he will not be invited in to any survey. We will send emails to him to warn him about how important it is to fulfill his information.

3) When one is invited for a survey, he will use the unique link to enter this survey. We also have IP and ID control for the survey. In this way, we won't allow the same person enter the survey twice. We are planning to add our PC block which will allow one PC enters the survey only once.

4) By finishing the survey the panelists will win some EZY points. They can use these points shopping, changing gifts, donating to the charity etc. We have participated in many nonprofit projects and also many charity actives. These also help us win a highly public praise.

5) We also have a BBS for members to ask question or communicate with each other. Some members just enjoy being there to make friends.
